FIRST AMENDMENT TO CUSTODIAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />("OWNER") AND W&G MAINTENANCE CORP. ("CONTRACTOR") <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to Custodial Services Agreement ("First Amendment") is entered into this' 1' -day <br />of 'May . 2018, by and between OWNER and CONTRACTOR. <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, On March 6, 2018, OWNER and CONTRACTOR entered into the Custodial Services Agreement <br />(the "Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Agreement to include services at the Sheriff's General Services <br />modular bldg. K, approximately 1,200 square feet, for an additional $540 per month; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual undertakings herein, and other good and <br />valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows: <br />Section 1. Section 1.2 of the Agreement is hereby amended to include the following facility: <br />Sheriff's General Services modular bldg. K <br />Section 2. Exhibit 2 of the Agreement is amended to include Sheriff's General Services modular bldg. K, <br />approximately 1,200 square feet, for an additional $540 per month for total monthly amount of $9,490 <br />and an annual amount of $6,480 for a total annual amount of $113,800 for Group 3: 43`d Avenue <br />Complex. <br />Section 3.
