FIRST AMENDMENT TO CUSTODIAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />("OWNER") AND AMERICAN JANITORIAL, INC. ("CONTRACTOR") <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to Custodial Services Agreement is by and between OWNER and CONTRACTOR. <br />OWNER and CONTRACTOR, in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, agree as follows: <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, On March 6, 2018, OWNER and CONTRACTOR entered into the Custodial Services Agreement <br />(the "Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend`the Agreement to include services at the Sebastian Tax Collector's <br />offices, approximately 3,364 square feet, for an additional $687.27 per month; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual undertakings herein, and other good and <br />valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows: <br />Section 1. Section 1.2 of the Agreement I hereby amended to include the following facility: <br />Sebastian Tax Collector's Offices <br />Section 2. Exhibit 2 of the Agreement is amended to include the Sebastian Tax Collector's Offices, <br />approximately 3,364 square feet, for an additional $687.27 per month for a total monthly amount of <br />$3,180.27 and an annual amount of $8,247.24 for a total annual amount of $38,163.24 for Group 5: Tax <br />Collector Facilities. <br />Section 3.
