MARC <br />MARC under this Arrangement MARC during last year of expired ABN Pricing Schedule. <br />4. MARC -ELIGIBLE CHARGES <br />MARC -Eligible Charges specified in the expired ABN Pricing Schedule apply to this Arrangement. <br />5. DISCOUNTS <br />Discounts specified in expired ABN Pricing Schedule will be applied to this Arrangement. <br />6. PROMOTIONS, CREDITS, WAIVERS AND MINIMUM RETENTION PERIODS <br />6.1 Promotions <br />Service Guide promotions are not applicable under this Arrangement. <br />6.2 Credits <br />No credits apply to this Arrangement. <br />6.3 Waivers <br />Waivers, if any, specified in expired ABN Pricing Schedule shall apply to this Arrangement. <br />7.
