Question: Will video inspection of the storm pipe be required? <br />Answer: Yes, video inspection of the storm pipes is required. <br />S. Question: On 411t Street (Sheet C11 of the plans approximately stations 405+40 and 406+20) there are 3 <br />power/light poles and guy wires that appear to be in conflict with the swale construction. Will the County <br />handle any required relocation with the proper utility company? <br />Answer: Power/light poles at stations 405+40 and 406+20 are shown to be at or near the proposed Swale <br />top of bank. If necessary, the proposed swale can be adjusted during construction at the direction of the <br />Engineer. Utility relocation is not expected for this concern. <br />9. Question: Same question about the power pole at the intersection of 251' Ave and 42nd street on the <br />northeast corner? <br />Answer: Utility relocation is not expected forthis location. If necessary, the proposed swale can be adjusted <br />during construction at the direction of the engineer. <br />10. Question: Please clarify— Plans show a pavement section with 1 % asphalt, 6" of base rock and 8" stabilized <br />subgrade. The bid form has 1 %z" asphalt and optional base group 11(12" of base rock) and no stabilized <br />subgrade.
