DeBraal - Deputy County Attorney Oe <br />DATE: April 23, 2018 <br />SUBJECT: Resolutions Cancelling Taxes on Properties Acquired by Indian River <br />County for Public Purposes (Right -Of --Way) <br />The following properties have been acquired by Indian River County for right-of-way; <br />and Resolutions are presented for the purpose of cancelling any delinquent or current <br />taxes which may exist on these properties where a public purpose is planned: <br />1. Property donated by Cross Creek Lake Estates, Inc. and fully described in that <br />certain Quit Claim Deed recorded in Book 3085, Page 1343 of the Public Records <br />of Indian River County, Florida for 701h Avenue (Powerline Road) right-of-way. <br />2. Property donated by Providence Pointe Vero Beach LLC and fully described in <br />that certain Warranty Deed recorded in Book 3058, Page 293 of the Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida for 53rd Street right-of-way. <br />3. Property donated by Lockwood Lane Acquisition Group, LLC (f/k/a Lockwood <br />Lane Development Group, LLC) and fully described in that certain warranty deed <br />recorded in Book 3069, Page 518 of the Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida for right-of-way located at the northwest corner of 17th Street SW and 27th <br />Avenue. <br />FUNDING: <br />There are no costs associated with this item. <br />152 <br />
