Brown <br />County Administrator <br />DATE: April 25, 2018 <br />SUBJECT: Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company <br />Appeal from a decision of a County Officer <br />John King, Director of Emergency Services, wrote to Goodyear Auto Service Center on <br />February 26, 2018 questioning several invoices. When no response was received, a second letter <br />was sent on March 7, 2018 disputing the invoices and refusing payment. <br />On March 16, 2018, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company submitted an appeal of the decision <br />of the Emergency Services Director to the County Administrator as specified in Indian River <br />County Code Section 100.06 (1). On April 4, 2018, Jason Brown, County Administrator <br />responded to this appeal. <br />In accordance with Section 100.06 (2), any person aggrieved by a final decision of a county <br />officer may appeal to the Board of County Commission.
