Vou submitted an appeal of John King's letter; dated March 7, 2018. to dispute invoices and refuse payment ]or tires from the Goodyear Auto Service Center. In his letter. Mr. King stated that the invoices did not meet the milium requirements set lorth in the FSA contract. Additionally. Mr. Kine indicated the prices did not match the ISA contract. Finally. Nlr. King stated the invoices do not match tires on iridian laver County vehicles. In Four appeal. you.argue that Indian Rivet• Comity has previously accepted invoices and that the "course olconducl supports that this inlornlation was not required for the payment of invoices." You also notal that Goodyear would be happy to revise the disputed invoices. Finally, you state that your records indicate the Florida state contract as opposed to the FSA pricing. Goodyear has not addressed all ofthe discrepancies identified in Mr. King's letter. You have not submitted revised invoices with the required information and you have submitted no iniorrllation as to how the invoices match tires on Indian River County vehicles. Therefore. I am denying your appeal.
