Mehta, P.E., Managing Director, Solid Waste Disposal District <br />Subject: Final Pay to Geosyntec for CCNA-2014 Work Order No. 6 — One Year of Groundwater <br />Monitoring/Reporting and Related Consulting Services at the Former South Gifford Road <br />Landfill <br />DESCRIPTIONS AND CONDITIONS: <br />On May 16, 2017, the Solid Waste Disposal District (SWDD) Board approved CCNA-2014 Work Order No. 6 to <br />Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. (Geosyntec) in the amount of $71,456. This work is in accordance with <br />requirements by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for groundwater monitoring and <br />reporting for an additional one-year period and annual pollution remediation liabilities evaluation for the <br />former South Gifford Road Landfill site. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />Geosyntec has satisfactorily completed all of the tasks described in the scope of work for a total invoiced <br />amount, including the final invoice of $8,262.25. After final payment, the total amount paid to Geosyntec <br />will be at the cost of $71,453.71, which is $2.29 under budget. Attached is Geosyntec's letter report <br />describing in more detail the services provided under this work order. <br />FUNDING: <br />Funding for this work is budgeted and available in account number 31521734-033490-03004, which is the <br />one cent sales tax fund used for infrastructure needs of the County.
