There is a old pool that could breed mosquitos. The thick overgrown area filled with garbage. I am unable to climb through it to see where the pipe leads. The next structure north is a duplex with a broken septic tank, and a washing machine in the back yard not connected to any septic system. The area behind both the duplexes has a incredibly large area of garbage. It is almost like a landfill, or river of garbage. There are 4 boats, furniture, food garbage, glass, plastic, paper, old coolers, tires, and untold other items of garbage. This area appears to be at least a 140ft by 50ft pile area of garbage. The owners of this property are dead, and the landlord is the sister of the former owner, but everything is still under the deceased person's name. We will have to find the responsible party and send it to that individual. I was given a phone number for Dallastine, but she did not pick up. 2/6/2018 1 Visited site with county code enforcement, and made a map of the area in order to help MoorelP me write the NOV. 2/7/2018 1 Visited site with the building department. MoorelP 2/8/2018 E Sent NOV to Mailing address listed in property appraisers, and prepared to deliver a notice MoorelP in person to Dallastine Yates. 2/9/2018 C Was informed that the landlord does not work in town any more, and possibly moved to a MoorelP different county.
