TENANT <br />Plaintiff, The Yates Group, LLC, sues Defendant, Christopher Thomas and alleges: <br />I . This is an action to evict a tenant from real property in Indian River County, Florida. <br />2. Plaintiff owns the following described real property in said County: 8885 64th Ave., Apt. B, Wabasso, <br />Florida, 32970. <br />3. Defendant has possession of the property under an oral agreement to pay rent of $450.00, (Four <br />Hundred Fifty Dollars and Zero cents), payable monthly. <br />4. Defendant failed to pay the rent. due February 1, 2018. <br />5. Plaintiff served written notice on the Defendant on February 10, 2018, that Defendant's tenancy was <br />terminated and that the Defendant was to vacate the above described property and deliver possession <br />of said premises to the Plaintiff on or before March 1, 2018. <br />6. That Defendant holds over and continues in possession of said premises after the expiration of the <br />notice without permission of Plaintiff. A true copy of the Notice to Vacate is attached hereto. <br />WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment for possessio of the property against the Defendant, and removal <br />of the Defendant. � <br />The Yates Group, L!LV. llasteen 3.
