Page 4 <br />All receipts and contracts related to work scheduled or performed on the property in response <br />to this notice shall be retained as evidence of attempting to achieve compliance and be <br />provided to Ian Moore of this office. <br />Additionally, unannounced coordinated reinvestigations of the property shall be performed at <br />any time by this office, the Indian River County Code Enforcement, Indian River Mosquito <br />Control District, and Indian River County Building Department, as well as any other legally <br />interested party to this investigation. <br />Failure to correct the above violations within the specified time may result in a summons to appear <br />before the Indian River County Environmental Control Hearing Board or Circuit Court and could subject <br />you to a fine of up to Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per day per violation. In addition, you are subject to <br />fines of up to Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per day for each day you create a Public Health Threat, or <br />conduct an Activity which Results in Environmental Damage, or conduct an Activity Without or in <br />Violation of a Required Permit.
