PROCLAMATIONS and PRESENTATIONS <br /> 5.A. 18-1721 Presentation of Proclamation Honoring Mark Ian Daniels on His Retirement From <br /> Indian River County Board of County Commissioners Department of Emergency <br /> Services with Thirty Years of Service <br /> Attachments: Proclamation <br /> Chairman O'Bryan read and presented the Proclamation to Battalion Chief Mark <br /> Ian Daniels and expressed gratitude for his 30 years of public service. <br /> Commissioner Flescher spoke on Chief Daniels' legacy of building relationships <br /> with law enforcement, and County Administrator Jason Brown expressed respect <br /> for his integrity.
