Laaoon. the 'St. Sebastian .River, or to drainage canals or other <br />streams/surface waters potentially resulting in a disproportionally higher negative impact on <br />Indian River Lagoon water quality. In.2016, county Utilities Services funded a septic to sewer <br />study to identify and. rank those platted subdivisions served by septic systems that have a <br />.disproportionately higher negative_impact on the Indian River Lagoon. The study was performed <br />by Schulke Bittle and Stoddard, LLC (SBS), was .accepted by the.
