He posed the idea that staff could approach the <br /> Florida Department of Environmental Protection(FDEP) about changing to annual <br /> monitoring reports. <br /> Chairman O'Bryan sought and received clarification on why there was an increase <br /> to the budget for this Work Order. <br /> A motion was made by Vice Chairman Solari,seconded by Commissioner Flescher, <br /> to approve staffs recommendation,and to direct staff to inquire to the Florida <br /> Department of Environmental Protection(FDEP)about submitting annual <br /> groundwater monitoring reports for the Former South Gifford Road Landfill, instead <br /> of the semi-annual reports currently required.
