RESOLUTION NO. 2018-066 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />TO ADOPT A 2018/2019 FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE <br />FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IN INDIAN RIVER. <br />WHEREAS, the Indian River County Health Department has proposed a new fee <br />schedule to become effective July 17, 2018, as set forth more fully in Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto; and <br />WHEREAS, section 154.06(1), Florida Statutes, provides that the Indian River <br />County Board of County Commissioners must establish the fee schedule by resolution , <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1. Effective July 17, 2018, all fees set forth on Exhibit "A" are established for use <br />by the Florida Department of Health in Indian River. Such fees shall remain in effect <br />until further resolution of this Board. <br />This Resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Simi ari <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Zorc and, upon being put <br />to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan <br />Vice Chairman Bob Solari <br />Commissioner Susan Adams <br />Commissioner Joseph E.
