O'Bryan <br />Supervisor of Elections and <br />Chairperson of Board of County Commissioners, of <br />Indian River <br />County, Florida, do hereby certify that prior to the receipt and use of funds for the <br />purchase of State -approved or certified (whichever is applicable) emerging or enhancing <br />software or hardware technology, the county has purchased and made available sufficient <br />equipment for casting and counting ballots to meet the needs of the county electors for the <br />next regularly scheduled general election.
