<br />RELEASE
<br />Indian River County hereby releases and forever discharges St. Christopher's Harbor Homeowner's Association, Inc.,
<br />their heirs, executors, administrators, agents, consultants, contractors, officers, employees, and assigns, and all other
<br />persons, firms or corporations liable or who might be claimed liable, none of whom admit any liability to the
<br />undersigned but all expressly deny any liability, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action
<br />or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, and particularly on account of all injuries, known and unknown, both to
<br />person and property, which have resulted or may in the future develop relating to the Agreement for Dredging and
<br />Improvement of Green Salt Marsh Conservation Area (AKA Head Island) (the "Agreement") and the contract between
<br />Indian River County and CO Services, LLC, referenced in the Agreement.
<br />St. Christopher's Harbor Homeowner's Association, Inc. hereby releases and forever discharges Indian River County,
<br />a political subdivision, and the Board of County Commissioners, their heirs, executors, administrators, agents,
<br />consultants, contractors, officers, employees, and assigns, and all other persons, fines or corporations liable or who
<br />might be claimed liable, none of whom admit arty liability to the undersigned but all expressly deny any liability, from
<br />arty and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of arty kind or nature whatsoever, and
<br />particularly on account of all injuries, known and unknown, both to person and property, which have resulted or may
<br />in the future develop relating to the Agreement for Dredging and Improvement of Green Salt Marsh Conservation
<br />Area (AKA Head Island) (the "Agreement") and the contract between Indian River County and CO Services, LLC,
<br />referenced in the Agreement.
<br />Undersigned hereby declare that the terms of this release have been completely read and are fully understood including
<br />the right to retain counsel to review this agreement. The undersigned knowingly and voluntarily accept and agree to
<br />abide by the terms of this release, for the purpose of making a full and final compromise, adjustment and settlement
<br />of any and all claims, disputed or otherwise, on account of the injuries and damages above mentioned, and for the
<br />express purpose of precluding forever any further or additional claims arising out of or related to the Agreement and
<br />the contract between Indian River County and CO Services, LLC, referenced in the Agreement.
<br />Any person who knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud or deceive any insurance company or self-insurance
<br />program files a statement of claim containing any false, incomplete or misleading information is guilty of a felony of
<br />the third degree.
