<br />THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the day of December, 2017, by Fischer Family Partnership, LLC, a
<br />Florida limited liability company, whose post office address is P. O. Box 780068, Sebastian, Florida 32978, herein
<br />called the Grantor, to Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post office address
<br />is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, hereinafter called the Grantee:

<br />representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations)
<br />W I T N E S S E T H: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 ($10.00) and other
<br />valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
<br />releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee all that certain land situate in INDIAN RIVER County, State of

<br />Company as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, now
<br />lying and being in Indian River County, Florida; said lands being more particularly described as follows,

<br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of the North 20 acres of said Tract 4,
<br />Thence, bearing North 00 degrees 32 minutes 02 seconds East, along the West line of said Tract 4, a
<br />distance of 682.85 feet to a point on the South right of way line of 77th street;
<br />Thence, leaving said West line, bearing South 89 degrees 50 minutes 32 seconds East, along said South
<br />line, a distance of 17.40 feet to a point;
<br />Thence, leaving said South line, bearing South 00 degrees 32 minutes 02 seconds West, a distance of
<br />682.85 feet to a point on the South line of the North 20 acres of said Tract 4;
<br />Thence, bearing North 89 degrees 50 minutes 32 seconds West, along said South line, a distance of 17.40
