This letter does not constitute a review <br />under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. <br />In accordance with prior Compliance reviews of 8IR00007, Gifford Bone Site (DHR# 2015-751 and <br />2010-5439-b), our office recommends that a qualified professional archeologist be present to monitor all <br />ground -disturbing activities that will take place on the property. The monitor should forward a monitoring <br />report to this office at the conclusion of the project for review. In addition we request that: <br />• If any cultural resource deposits are discovered, the monitor should be empowered to direct <br />construction activities to other areas to enable recovery and recordation of the deposits before project <br />activities resume in the area. The resultant report(s) of such discoveries should be forwarded to this office <br />for review.
