For regular category CDBG and DRI, for owner -occupied rehabilitation, <br />owner -occupied shall mean a residential unit with the clear title in the <br />personal name of the Applicant(s) used as the primary residence of the <br />Applicant(s). Mobile Homes (replac em ent only,)/ �. <br />All properties must\be within he approved program jurisdiction boundaries and <br />the following property eligibility_criteria`areapplicable: <br />/,;/Type of c�nstruct\ionj (ke., block, mobile/manufactured home, wood frame, <br />`etc.), state of�deterioration of the residence and estimated cost to rehabilitate <br />'\a\compared toy\average\residence cost calculated in the application and 2) <br />the value of the residence` after rehabilitation. Assistance for mobile or <br />manufactured hou`sinig may be included in the program, but will be restricted <br />to the specific requirements set forth in the local program guidelines unless <br />otherwise 'prohibit d,by federal or state regulations or infeasible due to <br />Applicant onsite conditions. <br />2. Any home eligible for assistance where the cost of rehab will be in excess of <br />fifty percent (50%) of the appraised value of the home as listed with the local <br />Property Appraiser's office will be disqualified for CDBG Housing <br />Rehabilitation funding. <br />3. Location of the residence with reference to defined areas, i.e., floodplain, <br />zoning, incompatible use, historic preservation, hazards, etc. <br />4. Consistency of the proposed residence rehabilitation with the local <br />comprehensive plan and/or land development regulations. <br />105 <br />
