P. <br />3. Rehabilitation cost feasibility limits are based on number of bedrooms to be <br />provided for site built homes. These limits may not be exceeded without <br />approval from the County Commission are: <br />a. four or more bedrooms - $80,000 CDBG/DRI <br />b. three bedrooms - $70,000 CDBG/DRI <br />c. two bedrooms - $60,000 <br />In the case of all loans, the County will take into consideration grant and <br />contracted requirements for the number of housing units contracted to assist <br />and the amount of available CDBG funds. % /' <br />In the case of replacement of existing SF/ <br />will be based upon the acceptable bid pric <br />comparable size. The County will either; <br />1. Assist eligible App cants with ,up to on8`thousand dollars ($1,000.00) of <br />Assistance ($500\ t mov\out and $500`upon return: Award of temporary <br />' 11 <br />relocation assistance js based,upon the availability of funds. <br />Q. Contractinq and Commencement of Construction <br />The HRS.recommend's the contract amount and contractor to the PA before the <br />DPL and contract are signed. The DPL amount, contract amount, contractor, unit <br />and owner eligibility�re%all approved by the PA. <br />The rehabilitation contract is then executed between the Applicant homeowner(s) <br />and the Contractor. The contract should contain all federal provisions, including <br />but not limited to EEO, Section 3, W/MBE, drug free work place, and insurance <br />statements. The DPL is executed by the PA on behalf of the County <br />simultaneously with the construction contract, with the three (3) day rescission <br />period running simultaneously for both legal agreements. <br />For all units, the DPL and the Notice of Commencement are recorded <br />immediately, no more than three business days of execution.
