2. Replacement housing - if the cost of correcting all existing code violations <br />exceeds twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00), or if the mobile home is <br />deemed structurally unsound and not feasible for rehabilitation the dwelling <br />will be considered for demolition replacement, wherein the Applicant <br />homeowner provides the additional funding needed to complete new <br />construction or where additional funds have been appropriated to the program <br />for the specific purpose of demolition/replacement. <br />F. Temporary Relocation: <br />The CDBG/DRI Housing program provides an allowance for temporary relocation <br />assistance to qualified Applicants who need to relocate while the work is being <br />completed on their primary residence. The County will: 1) assist eligible <br />Applicants with up to $1,000.00 of assistance, <br />G. Applicant Requirements:�, <br />1. Applicants must be income eligible in accordance with UD LMI income <br />requirements. \� <br />2. Increase hous ng�stock; remove slum and blight conditions, correct code <br />violations.; <br />3. Address health -a d safety conditions and concerns. <br />4. Increase County tax base. <br />5. Increase homeownership. <br />6. Assistance with the rehabilitation process. <br />L Eligible Properties: <br />1. Single -Family Homes. <br />2. Townhomes, Condominiums units and Duplexes. <br />3.
