9 Modifications. This Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument <br />executed and acknowledged by the owners of all parcels of real property benefiting from and/or <br />burdened by the easement or easements, or rights and duties related thereto, being modified in <br />any way by such amendment. <br />10. Governing; Law.
