BOOK PAL <br />C. Deed by City of Vero Beach to County. St. Francis ' Manor <br />-- The Board reviewed the following memo dated October -18, 1994: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Terrence P. O'Brien, Assistant County AttorneyG'� <br />DATE: October 18, 1994 <br />RE: Deed by City to County - St. Francis Manor <br />The City owned certain property adjacent to St. Francis Manor which is <br />located on County property leased to the Manor. The City has deeded <br />this land to the County on the condition that it be incorporated into <br />the County's lease with St. Francis Manor. <br />The County has previously agreed to this course of action, and all that <br />remains is the acceptance by the -County of the attached quitclaim deed. <br />Requested Action: Staff recommends acceptance and authorization for the <br />Chairman to sign the deed on behalf of the Board. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />accepted and authorized the Chairman to <br />execute the Quit -Claim Deed from the City of <br />Vero Beach, as recommended by staff. <br />QUIT -CLAIM DEED IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />AND IS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />D.
