survey shows, to indicate the rights-of-way and to answer questions <br />regarding future maintenance and/or paving. <br />Chairman Tippin summarized that it was the consensus of the <br />Board that staff convene an informational meeting for the property <br />owners of Pine Lake Estates prior to the public.hearing. <br />Commissioner Bird further clarified that Mrs. Ade is - <br />requesting that the residents be included in the total picture <br />because they are residents of the county and want to receive County <br />services as far as road paving, drainage and mosquito control. <br />They want to know what steps they must take to get to that point. <br />Mrs. Ade explained that most -of the property owners are at <br />work during the daytime and an evening meeting would - attract better <br />participation. <br />Commissioner Adams suggested a meeting in the evening at the <br />North County Library. <br />It was determined that no one else wished to be heard and the <br />Chairman closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously <br />granted the requested subdivision variances <br />for Pine Lake Estates, as recommended by <br />staff. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously <br />adopted Resolution 94-134, accepting the <br />dedication of rights -of -ways lying within Pine <br />Lake Estates, an unplatted subdivision, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />25 BOOK 9 3 PAL L 59J <br />October 25, 1994 - <br />
