Board of Commissioners SWDD Meeting Minutes-Final June 5,2018 <br /> 15. SPECIAL DISTRICTS AND BOARDS <br /> B. Solid Waste Disposal District <br /> The Board reconvened as the Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal <br /> District.Along with Commissioner Zorc, Chairman O'Bryan had an excused <br /> absence; thus,Vice Chairman Solari presided over the meeting. The minutes will be <br /> approved at an upcoming Solid Waste Disposal District meeting. <br /> .15.6.1.. 18-1878 CCNA-2018 Work Order No. 1to CDM:Srnith, Inc:for Engineering <br /> Services with the 2018 Water Quality Technical:Report <br /> Recommended Action: <br /> SWDD staff recommends that its Board approve the following: a)Approve. <br /> CCNA-2018 Work Order No. 1 with'CDM.Smith, Inc:, in the amount of <br /> $31,660 to provide engineering services related to the 2018 Water Quality <br /> Technical Report; and,b)Authorize the Chairman to execute the same, as <br /> presented. <br /> Attachments: .Staff Report <br /> CCNA-2018 Work Order No. 1 -CDM Smith, Inca <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Flescher,:seconded-by Commissioner <br /> Adams,to approve staffs recommendation. The motion carried by the following <br /> vote: <br /> Aye: 3- Vice Chairman Solari, Commissioner Adams, and Commissioner Flescher. <br /> Absent: 2- Chairman O'Bryan, and Commissioner Zorc <br /> C.
