He used a PowerPoint Presentation to <br /> review the proposed updates, which,upon approval,would amend the text of <br /> the Sanitary Sewer Sub-Element for Septic to Sewer Conversion and the <br /> Associated Text of the Future Land Use Element of the County's <br /> Comprehensive Plan. ' In addition,Director Boling's presentation highlighted <br /> the five (5) concerns gathered from the initial Final Public Hearing on June 5, <br /> 2018. <br /> 1.)Requiring the replacement of older septic systems built at old standards with <br /> new systems built to current standards.The proposed policy encourages,but <br /> does not require. <br /> Indian River County Florida Page 9 <br />
