SECTION 00100 - Advertisement for Bids <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />1801271 Street <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />Telephone: (772) 567-8000 FAX: (772) 770-5140 <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />Sealed bids will be received by Indian River County until 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday. June 27, <br />2018. Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall bear the name and address <br />of the bidder on the outside and the words "CR 512 RESURFACING & SHOULDER <br />WIDENING FROM MYRTLE STREET TO 125th AVENUE and Bid No. 2018009". Bids should <br />be addressed to Purchasing Division, 1800 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. All bids will <br />be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 P.M. All bids received after 2:00 P.M., on the day <br />specified above, will not be accepted or considered. <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROJECT NO. IRC -1305 <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BID NO. 2018009 <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project will be performed for resurfacing of CR 512 from <br />Myrtle Street to 125' Avenue. The proposed improvements will include milling of <br />existing pavement, installation of superpave asphaltic concrete, installation of signal <br />mast arms & associated controllers with video detection, widening paved shoulders, <br />sodding and installation of thermoplastic pavement markings, replacement of sidewalk <br />curb returns for ADA compliance and other ancillary construction work. This is a <br />F.D.O.T. Small County Outreach Program (SCOP) funded project, FM No. 433068-1-54-01. <br />All material and equipment furnished and all work performed shall be in strict accordance <br />with the plans, specifications, and contract documents pertaining thereto. All other communications concerning this bid shall <br />be directed to IRC Purchasing Division at purchasing (a-)-ircgov.com. <br />All bidders shall submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the Bid Proposal forms provided <br />within the specifications. Please note that the questionnaire must be filled out completely <br />including the financial statement.
