Attached <br />are Traffic Engineering's Special Conditions for Right -of -Way Permit, Regulations for the <br />Maintenance of Traffic and the specific F.D.O.T. Traffic Design Standard Indexes for the Traffic <br />Control Plans applicable for this project. Please make the following items a requirement for the <br />permit: <br />1. The contractor shall install stand mounted Advance Construction signing in <br />accordance with F.D.O.T. Standard Index 602 for any work less than 15 feet from <br />the edge of pavement. <br />2. There shall be no excavations left open after dark. I <br />3. Traffic shall be restricted to a single lane when any work encroach the area bet v. I �een <br />the centerline and 2 feet outside the edge of pavement. One -lane closures shall be <br />in accordance with F.D.O.T. Standard Index 603. <br />4. All construction equipment and materials shall be stored a minimum of 15 feet from the <br />edge of pavement and shall be protected by Type H Barricades with flashing yellow lights. <br />5. The contractor shall notify Traffic Engineering at 226-1547, 72 hours prior to beginning <br />construction. <br />
