Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes July 11, 2018 <br />• Beach Restoration Fund - $5,836,388, an increase of $2,125,330 <br />• Florida Boating Improvement Program - $70,000, a decrease of $382,100 <br />• Library Bequest Fund - no proposed budget for 2018-2019 <br />• Disabled Access Programs - $20,000, same as last year <br />• Intergovernmental Grants - $767,840, an increase of $14,442 <br />• Traffic Education Program - $57,000, same as last year <br />• Court Facility Surcharge Fund - $251,211, a decrease of $28,789 <br />• Additional Court Costs Fund - $93,929, a decrease of $47,666 <br />• Court Technology Fund - $475,741, an increase of $91,967 <br />(With possible adjustments because of returned funds) <br />• Land Acquisition Series 2006 - $10,407, a decrease of $79,593 <br />Administrator Brown stated that Miscellaneous Funds come from <br />special revenue that is restricted, such as the Gas Tax, and must be <br />expended on only certain projects. <br />The Chairman opened the floor for public comments. <br />The following individuals spoke on the importance of Beach Restoration <br />and thanked the Board for their support: <br />William "Tuck" Ferrell, member of the North Beach Civic Association <br />and Beach and Shore Preservation Advisory Committee <br />Mark Tripson, Vero Beach, President of Save our Shores <br />DEBT SERVICE/CAPITAL PROJECTS <br />204 DODGER BONDS <br />308 CAPITAL RESERVE FUND <br />315 OPTIONAL ONE -CENT SALES TAX <br />18-2045 <br />Attachments: Debt Service/Capital Projects <br />Administrator Brown announced the following Other Debt and Capital <br />Funds: <br />• Dodgertown Bonds -$1,140,000, an increase of $77,188 <br />• Dodgertown Capital Reserve Fund - $250,000, the same as last year <br />• Optional One -Cent Sales Tax - $23,810,855, a decrease of $21,672,339 <br />The Chairman opened the floor for comments; there were none. <br />AGGREGATE MILLAGE <br />STATE PROPOSED AGGREGATE MILLAGE <br />Indian River County Florida Page 22 <br />
