Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final July 17, 2018 <br />8.M. 18-1793 Lost Tree Preserve, LLC Request for Final Plat Approval for Lost Tree Preserve <br />PD, Phase 1 [PD -10-08-01 / 99040238-80798] <br />Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant final plat <br />approval for The Lost Tree Preserve PD, Phase 1. <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Application <br />Location Map <br />Final Plat Layout <br />Contract for Construction of Reauired Improvements <br />Cash Deposit and Escrow Agreement <br />Lost Tree plat changes - Additional Backup <br />Deputy County Attorney William DeBraal presented two changes to the plat of Lost <br />Tree Preserve, PD, Phase I. The first was a revised dimension of a utility easement <br />and the second was the addition of a conservation easement. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Flescher, seconded by Commissioner Adams, <br />to approve staffs recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Solari, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Flescher, and Commissioner Zorc <br />9. CONSTITUTIONAL OFFICERS and GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES <br />9.A.1. 18-2070 Florida Department of Health in Indian River County 2018-2019 Fee Schedule <br />Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Board of County Commission Approve the Proposed <br />Florida Department of Health in Indian River County 2018-2019 Fee Schedule <br />Attachments: Request Letter Dated July 11, 2018 <br />Current Fee Schedule (Strike Through Changes) <br />Proposed Changes to Fee Schedule <br />Resolution <br />Presentation <br />Miranda Hawker, County Health Department Administrator, along with Cheryl <br />Dunn, Environmental Health Manager, presented the Proposed Florida Department <br />of Health in Indian River County 2018-2019 Fee Schedule. Ms. Hawker began by <br />explaining the reasons for the fees which had increased. Ms. Dunn then continued <br />with a PowerPoint Presentation which detailed methodology, updates to programs, <br />and revenues generated. The presentation concluded by noting that expenditures <br />have been exceeding revenues, and that the increased fees would help offset the <br />deficit. <br />Indian River County Florida Page 6 <br />
