Option 2: <br />Prior to final plat approval, the applicant: <br />• Constructs at least seventy-five (75) percent of all required improvements, <br />based upon the cost of improvements; and <br />• Enters into a contract with the county for the applicant to construct the <br />remaining required improvements, in accordance with Subdivision Ordinance <br />section 913.10); and <br />• Posts security to guarantee the contract, in accordance with Subdivision <br />Ordinance section 913.10(0; and <br />Note: after completion of the required subdivision improvements, the <br />applicant shall complete Utility Service's Bill of Sale checklist, enter into a <br />warranty maintenance and bill of sale agreement and post security to <br />guarantee those items in accordance with subdivision ordinance section <br />913.10. <br />..
