ORDINANCE 2018- 022 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONCERNING AMENDMENTS <br />TO ITS LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (LDRS); PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENTS <br />TO CHAPTER 911, ZONING; BY AMENDING SECTION 911. 10, COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS <br />SUBSECTION (7) SIZE AND DIMENSION CRITERIA; AND BY PROVIDING FOR REPEAL <br />OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; CODIFICATION; SEVERABILITY; AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT <br />REGULATIONS (LDRS) CHAPTER 911, ZONING, BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION #1: <br />Amend LDR Section 911.10(7), Size and dimension criteria; as follows: <br />(7) Size and dimension criteria: <br />Notes: <br />Yards - Front Yards abutting S.R. 60 shall be seventy-five (75) feet; <br />Rear Yards (CH only) 0 if abutting FEC Railroad; <br />Side Yards MED CL, CG, CH) 0 if abutting a nonresidential use with interconnected parking and <br />approved access easement; 0 if abutting FEC Railroad (CH only). <br />Height - See section 911.15 for exceptions. <br />Maximum FAR (Floor Area Ratio): <br />• Retail trade 0.23 FAR <br />• Office, business/personal services, recreational, schools, institutional 0.35 FAR <br />• Industrial, storage, wholesale/distribution, utilities, heavy repair 0.50 FAR <br />*Maximum building coverage for a single story warehouse or industrial building is fifty (50) <br />percent. <br />Bold Underline: Additions to Ordinance <br />Stere through: Deleted Text from Existing Ordinance <br />PRO <br />I OCR I <br />MED <br />I CN I <br />CL I <br />CG <br />CH <br />{ Min.
