Whereas Indian <br />River County collect fees for Teen Court and juvenile programs pursuant to Fla. Stat. <br />939.185(1)(a)4. <br />It is the intent of the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice to partner with agencies in the <br />community to ensure that youth in Indian River County receive civil citation and/or diversion <br />opportunities. The Department is requesting $27, 500 for the 2018/19 fiscal year to operate a civil <br />citation and diversion program. <br />Let me know if you need anything else.
