Reconciliation to the Basic Financial Statements <br />The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) requires that reimbursable disaster related <br />expenditures only be reported on the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA) in the fiscal <br />year the related project worksheet (PW) was approved.
