<br />Included in salaries and benefits payable is a liability to the Florida Retirement System (FRS) for
<br />pension contributions due. The amounts due to FRS at September 30, 2017 were $214,177 for
<br />governmental funds and $33,279 for proprietary funds.
<br />The Board has not engaged in any short-term debt activity during fiscal year 2017 other than that listed
<br />in Note 6.
