The amounts due to FRS at September 30, <br />2017 are $218,142 for governmental activities and $29,313 for business -type activities. Payments to <br />FRS are made by the fifth working day of the following month. The County has not engaged in any <br />short-term debt activity during fiscal year 2017 other than that listed in Note 8. <br />73 <br />
