Bid No. 2018074/IRC-1803 <br />NOTICE TO PROCEED <br />Dated <br />TO: <br />(BIDDER) <br />ADDRESS: <br />Contract For: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY WEST WWTP ROOF REPLACEMENT <br />Project No: IRC -1803 <br />IRC Bid No. 2018074 <br />You are notified that the Contract Times under the above contract will commence to run on <br />By that date, you are to start performing your obligations under the Contract Documents. The contract <br />has allocated 30 calendar days for Substantial Completion of this project and 45 calendar days for Final <br />Completion. In accordance with Article 3.2 of the Agreement the date of Substantial Completion is <br />and the date of readiness for final payment is <br />CONTRACTOR shall not commence work under this Contract until he has obtained all insurance <br />required under "Instructions to Bidder, General Terms and Conditions" and such insurance has been <br />delivered to the OWNER and approved by the OWNER, nor shall the CONTRACTOR allow any <br />Subcontractor to commence work on his subcontract until all similar insurance required of the <br />Subcontractor has been so obtained and approved.
