August 8. 2018. Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall bear the name and address of the bidder on the outside and the words "ATLANTIC BOULEVARD PARKING AREA and Bid No. 2018070". Bids should be addressed to Purchasing Division, 1800 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. All bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 P.M. All bids received after 2:00 P.M., on the day specified above, will not be accepted or considered. INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROJECT NO. IRC -1719 INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BID NO. 2018070 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of repaving and reconfiguring the parking lot at the northeast corner of SR -60 and 43rd Avenue, including drainage improvements, signing and pavement markings, landscaping, and removal of existing monitoring wells. All material and equipment furnished and all work performed shall be in strict accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents pertaining thereto.
