September 18, 2018 <br />10.A.1. <br />Highlights (continued) <br />➢ "Ordinance #3": Master Lot Drainage Plans for New Subdivision Projects: <br />• Requires LDP submittals to include a master lot drainage plan for new <br />subdivision projects <br />• With BCC authorization, waives the LDP modification fee for voluntary <br />submittal of master lot drainage plans for existing active subdivisions <br />➢ "Ordinance #4": Affordable Housing Project Conceptual Plans: <br />• Creates a new conceptual administrative approval (AA) process for affordable <br />housing grant applicants <br />• Reviewed through the AA process (2-3 weeks) instead of the TRC process (6-12 <br />weeks) <br />• Will not secure development entitlements, and will require a separate fully <br />detailed "final" site plan application (after grant award) <br />❑ Both ordinances supported by staff and DRPPAC <br />Highlights (continued) <br />➢ "Ordinance #5": Early Model Homes on Subdivision Construction Sites: <br />• Identifies the (minimum) required infrastructure improvements that must be <br />provided before an early model home can be open to customers <br />• Requires a metes and bounds survey for each early model home proposed prior to <br />final plat recording <br />• Provides a minimum and maximum number (percentage) of early model homes <br />o All subdivisions are allowed at least 2 early models regardless of number of <br />total units <br />o For a larger subdivision (or subdivision phase), the maximum number of early <br />models is 5% of the total units within the subdivision (or subdivision phase) <br />❑ Supported by staff and DRPPAC <br />�A� — 3 <br />
