DeGraffenreid on His <br />Retirement From Indian River County Board of County Commissioners <br />Department of Utility Services Wastewater Treatment Division With Thirty <br />Years of Service <br />Attachments., Proclamation <br />At this time, Chairman O'Bryan introduced and welcomed Dori Stone, new <br />president of the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce. He then read and <br />presented the Proclamation to James D.
