Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final September 12, 2018 <br />(l) These districts charge on a per lot basis. All others are on a per parcel/acre <br />basis. <br />The Chairman invited public comment; there was none, and he closed the public <br />comments session. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Flescher, seconded by Vice Chairman Solari, <br />to adopt the tentative charges read into the record for each of the Non -Ad Valorem <br />Assessment Districts. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 4 - Chairman O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Solari, Commissioner Flescher, and Commissioner <br />Zorc <br />Absent: 1 - Commissioner Adams <br />8. APPROVE NON -AD VALOREM DOLLAR BUDGETS <br />8.A. 18-2261 Announce 2018/2019 proposed budget <br />Recommended Action: Consider any proposed amendments. Adopt tentative budget. <br />Attachments: Special Revenue Funds - $30,756,923 <br />Other Debt Service Fund - $1,140,000 <br />Capital Projects - $24,663,712 <br />Enterprise Funds - $52,363,073 <br />Internal Service Funds - $30,312,981 <br />Administrator Brown outlined the 2018-2019 proposed Non -Ad Valorem dollar budgets <br />as depicted above. <br />The Chairman opened the floor for public comments. <br />William Suddath, Sea Oaks, Board Member of Save Our Shores, voiced support for the <br />County's upcoming Sector 5 Beach Project. <br />As there was no additional speaker, the Chairman closed the public comment session. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Flescher, Seconded by Vice Chairman Solari, <br />to adopt the tentative Non -Ad Valorem Dollar Budgets for the Special Revenue Fund, <br />Other Debt Service Fund, Capital Projects, Enterprise Funds, and Internal Service <br />Funds.
