MAc\sft A RESOLUIION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, SETTING A TIME AND PI.ACE AT WHICH THEOWNERS OF PROPERTY ON l30TH AVENUE (WILLOW STREET) FROM CR512 SOUTH TO BERRY GROVES ENTRANCE AND OTHER INTERESTED . PERSONS MAY APPEAR BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY AND ADVISABILITY OF MAKING PAVING AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO SAID PROPERTY AS TO TIIE COST THEREOF, AS TO TIIE MANNER OF PAYMENT THEREFORE, AND AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT THEREOF TO BE SPECIALLY ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY BENEFITED THEREBY. WHEREAS, the Board of C.ounty C;ommissioners of Indian River County has, by Resolution No. 95-96 . determined that it is necessary for the public welfare of the citizens of the county, and particularly as to those living, working, and ovning property within the area described herein, that paving and drainage improvements bc made to said property; and WHEREAS, the Board of County C-ommissioners has caused an assessment roll to be completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; and WHEREAS, Section zffi.M,Indian River County Code, requires that the Board of County Commissioners shall 6x a time and place at which the owners of the properties to be assessed or any other persons interested therein may appear before the Board of C-ounty C-ommissionen and be heard as to the propriety and advisability of making paving and drainage improvements to said property, as to the cost thereof, as to the manner of payment therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be assessed against each property benefited thereby, NOTV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAI{ RMR COUNTY, FLORIDA" as follows: 1. The C-oung C-ommission shall meet at the Fellsmere Elementary School Cafeteria located at 50 N. C,lpress Street, Fellsmere, Florida, at the hour of 7:fi) P.M. on Tuesday. September 12. 1995, at which time the owners of the properties to be assessed and any other interested persons may appear before said Commission and be heard in regard to said property. The area to be
