ORDINANCE 2018- 023 <br />Amend LDR Section 911.13(3)(c), Uses; as follows: <br />(c) Uses. Uses in the Rose 4 district are classified as permitted uses, administrative permit uses and <br />special exception uses. Site plan review shall be required for all uses except single-family dwellings <br />and mobile homes erected on individual lots.
