Managing Director <br />5 October 2018 <br />Page 5 <br />Phase 3 — Response to Regulatory Comments <br />Following submittal of the Permit Modification Application(s), Geosyntec will meet with the <br />Southeast District office of the FDEP-DARM to present and discuss the application package. <br />This meeting may be held via teleconference in order to reduce overall costs to the project. <br />Geosyntec will provide FDEP with written responses to RAIs throughout the course of the <br />permit application review process. For the purpose of the budget estimate, Geosyntec has <br />estimated one response to FDEP RAI will be required. <br />Geosyntec will also review and provide comments on the draft Title V Modified (Revised) <br />Permit issued by FDEP to ensure that it is consistent with the facility requirements and does not <br />contain unexpected compliance and monitoring requirements. <br />SCHEDULE <br />Geosyntec will initiate work immediately upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) from SWDD. <br />Geosyntec has assumed that this NTP would be issued no later than 16 October 2018 in order for <br />us to complete the work and submit the Title V Air Operation Permit Modification Application <br />to FDEP before the deadline of 18 November 2018 for the first generator. <br />BUDGET ESTIMATE <br />The budget estimate for the scope of work outlined in this proposal is summarized in the <br />following table, and a detailed budget estimate is provided as Attachment A.
