Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final <br />September 11, 2018 <br />8.X. 18-2228 Award of Bid No. 2018070 Atlantic Boulevard Parking Area, IRC -1719 <br />Recommended Action: Staff recommends the project be awarded to Timothy Rose Contracting, Inc. in the <br />amount of $310,259.50 and requests the Board of County Commissioners approve <br />sample agreement and authorize the Chairman to execute agreement after receipt <br />and approval of the required Public Construction Bond and Certificate of Insurance <br />and the County Attorney has approved agreement as to form and legal sufficiency. <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Sample Agreement <br />Approved staff's recommendation <br />8.Y. 18-2232 West Wabasso Phase II Septic to Sewer Approval of FDEP Funding Agreement <br />Recommended Action: Staff recommends approval of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection <br />Grant Agreement No. NSO45 and requests the Board of County Commissioners to <br />authorize the Chairman to execute the same on their behalf. Please note that if, <br />during the procurement process, bids are much higher than the engineer's opinion of <br />probable cost, the County has the option to close the agreement early without <br />addressing any construction.
