You can object to the Settlement
only if you stay in the Direct Purchaser Settlement Class. Excluding yourself, or "opting out," means that you are removing
yourself from the Direct Purchaser Settlement Class and will have no right to proceeds from the Settlement. If you exclude
yourself, you also have no right to object to the Settlement, because the Settlement no longer affects you.
THE COURT'S FAIRNESS HEARING
.t., NIFE 7M• ' i mz t"t %i °i ffiay •. -eF3...... %M ,.i1 .t"iY
The Court will hold a Fairness Hearing at 10:00 a.m. on November 14, 2018, at the United States District Court for the
District of New Jersey, Martin Luther King Building & U.S. Courthouse, 50 Walnut Street, Newark, NJ 07101.
