Adjustments are based on energy <br />efficient consumptions. <br />This notice is in compliance with HUD federal regulations to give- you notice that <br />these changes will take effect, if approved, at the family's rent and subsidy <br />calculations at their first annual reexamination that is effective after the allowance <br />is adopted. <br />Indian River County Board of Commissioners Rental Assistance maintains these. <br />records at our main office: 1800 27th Street, Admin Building B, Vero Beach, Florida <br />32960. Anyone can review the utility schedules or may receive a copy of such <br />schedule during our business hours which are: Monday and Friday, closed to the <br />public, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8:00 am till 4:00 pm. <br />We have posted the Utility Allowance Schedules on our website at <br />http://www.irccdd.com/rental/. You may submit written comments to the IRC <br />Rental Assistance Department, Attention, Robin Miller no later than August 31, <br />2018.
