9�1 `t <br /> 12/14/93(,' ?EMENT)RBZ(blf) <br /> RECEIVED CIVED <br /> i R <br /> 4TH STREET WIDENING, JAN - 51994 <br /> DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, AND INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENYS <br /> PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEERING AGREEMENT <br /> � � fj�� <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this / day of \- /, 199w, by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a <br /> political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter <br /> referred to as the COUNTY, and KEITH AND SCHNARS, INC. , Stuart, <br /> Florida, hereinafter referred to as the ENGINEER, <br /> WITNESSETH <br /> The COUNTY and the ENGINEER, in consideration of their <br /> mutual covenants, herein agree with respect to the performance of <br /> professional engineering services by the ENGINEER and the payment <br /> for those services by the COUNTY as set forth below. This <br /> agreement shall be referred to as the "MASTER AGREEMENT" under <br /> which future work orders may apply. <br /> The ENGINEER shall provide professional engineering and <br /> related services for the COUNTY in all phases of the project <br /> described as 4th Street Road Widening, Drainage Improvements, and <br /> Intersection Improvements at 4th Street and Old Dixie, from just <br /> west of U.S. Highway 1 to West of Old Dixie Highway; serve as the <br /> COUNTY' S professional representative for the project as set forth <br /> herein; and shall giveprofessional engineering advice to the <br /> COUNTY during the performance of the services to be rendered. <br /> SECTION I - PROJECT LIMITS <br /> The project limits shall be 4th Street right-of-way from <br /> west of US Highway 1 to approximately 500' west of Old Dixie <br /> Highway, U.S. 1 right-of-way in the vicinity of 4th Street and <br /> adjacent areas needed for stormwater management and related work. <br /> SECTION II - COUNTY OBLIGATIONS <br /> The COUNTY agrees to provide the following material, data, <br /> or services as required in connection with the work to be per- <br /> formed under this Agreement: <br /> A. Provide the ENGINEER with a copy of any preliminary <br /> data or reports available. <br /> B. Provide the ENGINEER with all available drawings, <br /> surveys, right-of-way maps, and other documents in the <br /> possession of the COUNTY pertinent to -the project. <br /> C. The COUNTY shall be responsible for acquiring all <br /> right-of-ways, easements and other rights in land as <br /> necessary to complete the project. <br /> D. The COUNTY shall make provisions for the ENGINEER to <br /> enter upon public or private property as required for <br /> the ENGINEER to perform his services. <br /> E. The COUNTY will promptly execute all permit applica- <br /> 1 <br />
