PARCEL 4 31-38-21-00001-0050-00007.0 <br />RELEASE OF EASEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below; and <br />i <br />WHEREAS, CHAD HEINZ, the owner of the property encumbered by the described easements, has made <br />application to Indian River County requesting that the County release those easements; and <br />WHEREAS, in coordination with interested entities, County staff has determined that the retention of those <br />easements serves no public purpose; and <br />WHEREAS, the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners, at its regular meeting on November 9, <br />1993, adopted Ordinance 93-34, which amended County Code Section 101.05 to authorize the County Administrator or <br />his designee, after proper coordination with interested entities, to execute releases of side or rear lot easements that are <br />found to serve no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THIS RELEASE OF EASEMENTS IS EXECUTED on behalf of the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 <br />27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easements: <br />the west ten (10) foot rear yard drainage & utility easements on Lots 7- 9, together with the east rear yard ten (10) foot <br />drainage & utility easements on Lots 10 - 12, Block E, Pine Lake Estates Unit 1, as shown on an instrument of information recorded <br />in Official Records Book 115, Page 214 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, more particularly described by metes <br />and bounds description filed in Official Records Book 153 Pages 399, 401, 403, 405, 407, and 409 of the Public Records oflndian <br />River County, Florida. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Board of County Commissioners of In ',an River County has caused these presents to be <br />executed in its name by its Administrator this day of 2018. <br />WITNESS: BOARD OF COUNT COMMISSIONERS <br />OF IND RNER <br />C , FLORIDA <br />Signature: <br />16y2� te- <br />Printed Name: S E- By: <br />Jason If.
